Sometimes what we see as "sagging skin" isn't just a skin problem.

As we age, the superficial fat compartments of the face also undergo significant changes. They can lose volume, shift and provide less support to the tissues above them. This can contribute to hollowing through the lateral cheek, heaviness lower in the face, reduced definition and that subtle feeling that your face simply doesn't sit where it once did.

Profhilo® Structura was created specifically to address this deeper part of facial ageing.

Containing 90 mg of ultrapure hyaluronic acid in 2 mL, Structura combines high and low molecular weight HA using patented NAHYCO® technology. Its unique formulation and rheological properties allow it to integrate within the superficial facial fat compartments, where treatment is focused on restoring adipose tissue and improving structural support.

The result is what Profhilo® describes as a "lipolifting" effect — supporting the tissues from within to create a firmer, subtly lifted and more defined appearance.

THE STRUCTURA PROTOCOL

Profhilo® Structura is a two-treatment protocol, with your second treatment performed approximately 30 days after your first.

That second treatment isn't an optional "top-up" — the initial course is designed as two sessions working together to achieve the intended tissue response.

Following your initial course, your results are reviewed and maintenance treatment can be recommended according to your individual ageing pattern, tissue quality and treatment goals.

Profhilo® Classic is an injectable bioremodelling treatment containing 64 mg of ultrapure hyaluronic acid in 2 mL. But this isn't simply about injecting hydration into your skin.
